Privacy Policy

This policy provides general privacy information for visitors to atenax.digital and people contacting Atenax Digital Co.

1. Scope of this policy

Atenax Digital Co. promotes digital advertising, content creation, social media management, wall printing and consulting under the Atenax Digital brand. This website provides information and contact links. It has no user accounts, online payments or on-site contact form.

The separate KVKK notice explains the data categories, purposes, legal grounds and rights relating to enquiries and quotation requests. Campaigns operated for clients and client-provided personal data require project-specific notices and agreements.

2. Information that may be involved

  • When you browse: your IP address, request time, requested page and browser information may appear in technical logs, depending on the hosting or security service configuration.
  • When you contact us: your name, business or brand name, email address, telephone number, message and files you choose to send.
  • For wall printing enquiries: premises photographs, approximate dimensions and any location you share. Avoid unnecessary photographs of people or private details.

3. Use of information

Information may be used to respond to your enquiry, assess requirements, prepare a quotation and carry out an agreed project. Technical records may support website delivery, security and troubleshooting. If a contract is formed, necessary contractual, invoicing and dispute records may also be kept.

Requesting a quotation does not subscribe you to advertising messages or authorize every use of your information. Any permissions required for optional marketing communications are handled separately.

4. External services and links

WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook links take you to services with their own privacy terms when you choose to visit them. An email link opens your email application; messages are not collected through a website form.

Hosting, email and communications providers may process data to deliver their services. If another specialist or supplier is needed for a project, sharing should be limited to necessary information with an appropriate legal basis. Infrastructure outside Türkiye may involve transfers requiring separate assessment under KVKK. Provider and transfer details remain under review.

5. Retention and security

Information should be retained for the relevant enquiry or service and any applicable legal retention obligations. When the processing grounds end and no other retention requirement applies, data should be deleted, destroyed or anonymized. The detailed retention schedule by data category is under review.

Do not send payment card details, account passwords, health data or unnecessary identity documents in project enquiries. If account access is needed for a project, the access method should be agreed separately.

6. Cookies and tracking

The current website code does not use cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. It contains no analytics service, advertising pixel or embedded social media component. Fonts, images and videos are served from the website’s own files. Hosting-layer behavior still needs verification. See the Cookie Policy for details.

7. Questions, rights and changes

You can use the email address below for privacy questions. The KVKK notice explains your statutory rights and how to submit a request.

This policy and its update date will be revised if the website or data use changes. Any notices and permissions required for new processing must be provided separately; updating this page alone does not create consent.
